Horizontal Form-Fill-Seal Machine

The horizontal form-fill-seal system automatically forms bag of required style, from a pre-loaded reel of heat sealable roll film. Machine fills a predetermined weight into the formed bag, and finally heat seal each bag into an airtight pouch. For Horizontal Fill Seal Machine, it will start from picking up pouch that is already pre-formed, and continues with filling and sealing.

1. Suitability
   1. Suitable for clients whom are keen to explore wide variety of unique pouch packing style.
   2. Suitable for clients whom are keen to mix a few products into a single pouch.
   3. Suitable for clients with long horizontal space and requires high speed packing.
   4. For all types of solid, powder, liquid products including those with difficult flow and sticky nature. Application includes:
      1. Solids
         • Large Granular solids – nuggets, fish balls
         • Small Granular solids- rice, nuts, sweets
         • Delicate solids- biscuits, crackers
         • Sticky solids- raw meat cubes
      2. Tablets and Capsules
      3. Powder – flour
      4. Liquid
         1. Low viscosity – egg yolk, water, soup with small granular solids
         2. High viscosity – pineapple paste, peanut butter, chilli sauce with seeds
   5. Depending on product, our weight per pack can range from 1g to 5kg and more.

Horizontal Flow Wrapper

The horizontal flow wrapper automatically forms bag of required style, from a pre-loaded reel of heat sealable roll film. Products are loaded on a conveyor with cleat, by operator or robot or Material handling system. Conveyor will bring the product into the bag formed, and finally heat seal each bag into an airtight pouch.

1. Suitability
   1. Suitable for clients with horizontal space and requires high speed packing.
   2. For certain types of dry solid products with regular shape only. Application includes:
      1. Solids
         • Food: Biscuits, Pasta Sticks, Chocolates Bars, 1kg Dry Bee hoon in rectangular block shape, etc.
         • Non Food: Wet Tissue, Souvenirs, etc.
   3. Depending on product, our weight per pack can range from 1g to 10kg and more.

   1. Straight Cut or Zig-Zag Cut Pattern
   2. No Product- No Seal sensor system

Thermoforming Machine

The thermoforming machine automatically forms bag, from a pre-loaded reel of heat sealable roll film. Products are loaded onto the bag directly, by operator or robot or Material handling system. Conveyor will bring the product to a top seal system. Products go through MAP or vacuum process, and finally each bag is heat sealed into an airtight pouch.

1. Suitability
   1. Suitable for clients with horizontal space and requires high speed packing.
   2. For all types of solid, powder, liquid products including those with difficult flow and sticky nature. Application includes:
      1. Solids
         • Any solid products of regular or irregular shape
      2. Powder
      3. Liquid
         • Liquid of any viscosities with or without granules, as long as external filling system is able to handle.
   3. Depending on product, our weight per pack can range from 1g to 5kg and more.
2. Optional Features

   2. Pure Modified Atmospheric Packaging system or Pure Vacuum System or Both

Bottling and Filling Line

We offer different sizes of filling and bottling solutions. From table top fillers, semi automatic filling machines, fully automatic filling machines to full-fledged filling lines.
